Our Most Frequently Asked Questions...

How does the booking process work?

​After reviewing our bridal estimate, please fill in the services you’re interested in, the number of people receiving those services, and indicate whether you’d like to proceed to the next step. Once we receive this information, we will confirm availability with our artists and send you a customized Bridal Proposal. The Bridal Proposal includes our contract, your payment plan, and the invoice for your booking fee.

After you review the proposal, sign the contract, and pay the booking fee, your proposal will be returned to us for counter-signing. Once everything is reviewed, we will counter-sign the contract and send you a copy along with a booking confirmation for your wedding day.

How does payment work?

​- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at signing, and it becomes non-refundable after 3 days.
- 50% of the total cost for services is due 8 weeks before the wedding day.
- The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the wedding day.

Please note that we do not accept individual payments from each bridesmaid. We recommend using platforms like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal to collect everyone’s payments.

How long do services take on the wedding day?

We allocate one hour per person, per service, with an additional 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for tear-down. 

For example, if 8 people are receiving both hair and makeup services, we would assign 2 makeup artists and 2 hairstylists. In the first hour, 4 people would receive services (2 hair, 2 makeup), and in the next hour, they would switch. For the third hour we would start that same process over with another four people. This would result in a total of 4 hours of getting ready time. If your time for services is scheduled to end at 1:00 PM, we would begin at 8:30 AM, allowing 15 minutes for setup, 4 hours of service, and 15 minutes for tear-down.

What if some of my bridal party are unsure if they'd like hair and makeup services? 

We require final counts to be finalized 8 weeks before your wedding day. After this deadline, you can no longer remove any services, but you may transfer them to another person. Additional services can be added after the 8-week mark, provided we have the availability and necessary artists to accommodate them. We highly recommend booking services for everyone who may want them at the time of your initial reservation, as we can always adjust the details as we approach the 8-week deadline.

What if I have a large bridal party? Or what if I have a small wedding party?

We have a large team of artists capable of accommodating groups of all sizes! There is no minimum booking requirement, but please note that additional fees apply for bookings with fewer than 5 people.

What if I have a deep skin tone?

All of our makeup artists are licensed professionals who carry what’s known as a 'world kit.' This means if anyone from anywhere in the world were to sit in their chair, they can expect both exceptional artistry and high-quality products, fully prepared to meet their needs.

How far in advance should I book?

We begin booking 12 to 18 months in advance. Our most popular months—August, September, and October—tend to book up quickly. Dates are not secured without a signed contract and deposit. To check availability, please fill out the Bridal Estimate form, and we will reach out to you afterward.

Where are you located?

​We are located at 5763 Talmadge Rd, Suite D. Please note that we are a salon suite, and there are 15 stairs to enter. Unfortunately, our location is not wheelchair accessible.

The Beauty Bond can be found in Suite D. Go up the stairs and down the hallway to the pink door.
